Yes, we are still here. We just haven't decided what we should do on the adoption front. Our dossier is still in Ukraine---waiting to be submitted. We don't really know when that will be. Things in the adoption world in Ukraine are really messed up because of UNICEF-so please don't give money to them. If you don't know why scroll down a ways and read about it. We seem to be fighting a fight at every turn. For those who don't live in Union County, SD we are fighting the possiblity of an oil refinery(or at least that is what they say it is). They want to build is about three miles from our house. Our governor, our county commissioners and our city council should be impeached because they don't care what the people living here think- all they see is dollar signs. Also there have been so many lies told to the public no one knows what to believe. We are still struggling with loosing Matthew's brothers but we are glad that they are getting out of Ukraine before Unicef and the SDA completely stop adoptions(please pray that they won't).

Hi. I just found your blog on Dr. David's blog. We are adopting from Ukraine too. We are hoping to adopt a little boy with special needs and we just got submitted yesterday. Things are moving very slowly in Ukraine, but at least they are moving. I hope you hear some good news soon. God Bless.

Ben graduated from Preschool. He's in the blue shirt. Sorry it isn't a very good picture.

Grandpa Melvin has 6 bottle calves at our place. Matthew loves to feed them--even at 7 in the morning. The calves like to follow Matthew around. Even the neighbor kids like to come over for feeding. The brown cow below is Matthew's favorite-her name is Besse.
