Matthew's first day of preschool. Sniff, sniff-how can he be old enough for school. I'm not sure I am ready for this.=)

Hey guys!! I lost your blog address for awhile when my computer crashed! He is getting so big! He looks like a different kid. Glad to hear he enjoys preschool. My almost 4 year old started preschool this year as well. Keep in touch.

Here he is climbing the door frame. It is hard to get a picture because he is so fast.

Oops, that was on the wrong post. So regarding THIS post...who taught him to climb the door frame? You or Jeff?

Is this my son or what? I love crazy bread and so does he. In fact when he gets an "owie", he whines and says "Turtle bring me crazy bread". Translation" Can Aunt Laura bring me some crazy bread when she comes to pick up the girls".

AUGUST 27TH, 2007
This post is long overdue. Sorry! I don't even know where to start. Matthew is growing like a weed. I need to measure him and see how tall he has gotten. It has been over 20 months since we adopted him. He came home wearing a 12-18 month and now he is in a 3T. although I have to take in all his pants because he is soooo skinny. But it is hard to gain weight when you are constantly moving. I babysat my neices three days a week this summer and we swam almost everyday, some days more than once. Matthew has no fear. He loves the water. He can swim without his life jacket almost all the way across the pool. He loves going under and asks for us to push him to the bottom so he can "walk on the bottom". He can hold his breath for a long time.

He can climb the doorframe in our kitchen in about 3 seconds and loves swinging on the rope in our tree.

He started preschool two mornings a week. He has only had one class so far but he seems to like it. When I asked him what he did in school he said " I eat cheese and crackers". Leave it to him to only remember the food.
