Matthew is still sick. Max came back this morning so he was able to tell us what was wrong. Matthew's entire group has the respitory flu and is quaranteed. His fever is gone but he is still coughing a lot. They wouldn't let us see him again today, hopefully tomorrow. We are getting very bored. We haved cleaned the apartment, cleaned out our suitcases, watched all our dvds a hundred times, and we have the first season of Hogan's Heroes memorized (even Max and Stas). But Monday we will (hopefully) get the court decree and be able to pick up Matthew. We have his clothes and coat ready to go, remember you get a naked baby.
Congratulations to Kelly and Amy Reynolds, They had a little boy, Cooper, on November 28th at 8:42 p.m. He was 7 lbs 11 oz and 20.5 inches. He is sure to be spoiled by his three big sisters: Katie, Harley, and Mariah.
Does anyone out there have any pull with Luftansa airlines? We are trying to get earlier tickets and they say they are booked.

Cara and Jeff, Sure enjoy your blog. I check it daily. I'm so sorry Matthew is sick. I know you can't wait to get him on Monday. I hope he is well by then. Wish I had some pull with the airlines (fat chance!), but I wish you luck. So excited to meet Matthew. Good luck next week.

Congrats on your son!!! We are in middle of UA adoption too - so can totally relate to memorizing the DVDs - we knew we were in sad shape when we watched Shrek 2 - BEFORE our daughter was with us!! When we go back for court we will take a much larger stash of DVDS. As far as your air tickets - we have been told that if you have someone who is in states make the call to thier US office - and keep calling they will have much better luck than you dealing with office in Kiev. Hope you get home soon!!
