Day 8

Here Vasya is! We got to meet him this morning. Vanya (our facilitator came back last night on the bus from Kiev) went to the inspectors office this morning. They were a lot more compliant now that the SDA sent that paper. They gave us the permission to visit Vasya. We went to the orphanage but he wasn't there, he was in the center for the celebration of Odessa's birthday. They called him and he came back. He really looks like Matthew. They have the same build. He doesn't know any english but spoke to our facilitator a lot. He tried to play with Matthew but Mattthew still isn't feeling the greatest so he was cranky. We will go back tomorrow to talk to the Director and see when we can visit Vasya again.

We have been praying that things would work out. The boys look very happy and I am sure it is because you are finally there and all together. We will keep the prayers coming for all to go smooth.

What does Matthew think of meeting Sasha and Vasya? Hope he feels better soon.

We got about four inches of rain last night. It's cold today and it looks like it will be in the 60's and 70's for the next ten days.

Murphy has learned how to take off her diaper. Guess maybe we should keep clothes on her!

They are both good looking guys!! They do look a lot like Matthew or I guess he looks like them. We are so glad it is all working out! We are keeping all of you in our prayers. Will the boys keep their Ukrainian names? When will you know about your court date?
I hope Matthew gets feeling better soon. I know that is tough travelling when they are off schedule and not feeling well.

What cute pictures. It is good to see the brothers together, and I'm so glad that you are pursuing the adoption of Matthew's older brothers so they can be together always.

What wonderful news and what a great looking family you will be!
Good luck in the rest of the process and I pray it goes fast.
